International Visitors Registration and
Visa
Information
We highly recommend that all International visitors follow
the steps below and proper travel VISA procedures to enter Canada, to
attend our Show.

Register for the International Business Program online. Click here to start your registration process. Payment information must be
included for processing of your application.

After your registration payment is confirmed, an invitation letter will be
issued to you to be used in the Visa application process.
To ensure security, you may be asked to provide photo ID to support
your credit card payment.
Please confirm if you require a Visa to enter into Canada.

the VISA requirements for your specific country.

If you require a Visa, you must apply for an entry Visa into
Canada through the Canadian Embassy in your country. Once
you have received your Visa, please confirm with Nataliya Antonenko that you
have been granted entry.

Hotel
Accommodations: Destination Toronto, our housing bureau, can look
after your hotel reservations.

We recommend:

Start your Registration and Visa process early.

Consult with the Canadian Embassy in your
country and the web site for current VISA application requirements.

When applying for your Visa, include evidence
of previous trips to Canada and include proof of intent of returning
to your country. Apply for your VISA with all required
documents.

Important Note:
To facilitate your visit, contact the Trade Officer, Building
Sector, at the Canadian Consulate in your country to discuss
potential trade mission opportunities.
