The Concrete Canada Show Team
once again welcomes you to the Show.
The Online Exhibitor Manual has been designed to provide easy access to
Show information. The Manual contains a full range of supplier and services information including links to order forms and online ordering information where available. Be sure to order your services before the deadline dates
(see individual service/supplier information) and take advantage of the advance order DISCOUNTS.
Order Forms
Please refer to the
Order Forms as a quick reference list of all the forms and information that can be found online including the forms that Exhibitors must submit.
Policies and Standards
In addition, please refer to our
Policies and Standards which must be complied with by each exhibitor as stated in the terms of the Exhibitor’s Contract For Exhibit Space; the responsibilities of exhibitors and Show Management with respect to exhibitry and Move-in and Move-out procedures.
Appendix A: Policies and Standards Governing Exposition is a must read for every Exhibitor.
Listed below are some of the
steps that we are taking to help ensure that your exhibit experience
meets your expectations.
Exhibitor Staff Badges
Avoid line-ups on-site by registering for Staff Badges on-line.
Register by November 17, 2008 to have your badges mailed to your
office prior to the Show. Your
Exhibitor Staff Badge online link and passcode have been
emailed to your exhibit booth coordinator. Please

site. Badge holders will be available on-site on the 600 level, one
floor below street level.
Move-in and Move-out
In an attempted to avoid delays in entering the building, Show
Management has designed a scheduled move-in with special
consideration for exhibitors with material handling requirements.

Free Passes - SAVE YOUR CLIENTS $50
Free passes to the Show are available, at no cost to you, for
you to distribute to your customers and prospective clients. This is
a very important and proven marketing technique that can help bring
quality traffic to your exhibit.

Instructions on how to place a link on your corporate website can be found under
Building Traffic to Your Booth . The banner ad or the simple link will enable your clients to register online for a FREE PASS to the Show ($50 value) compliments of your company.
Online Exhibit Staff Training
To help ensure that you and your staff have a successful Show,
Show Management has created the online PM Expo Exhibitor Success
Centre. The Online Success Centre, which replaces the Exhibitor
Training session, is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from
anywhere in the world.

Hotel Accommodations
Exhibitor DISCOUNTS hotel accommodations have been negotiated by Show Management. Please make note of the deadline dates for each.

Lead Retrieval Systems
Lead Retrieval Rentals for post-show lead follow-ups are available from MicroSpec Registration Services. This is a supplier that we can trust to provide the highest quality service available in Canada.
Occupational Health & Safety
Workplace and workers safety is everyone’s responsibility
and as such, all participants must comply with the legislation
contained in the Occupational Health & Safety Act, which is governed
by the Province of Ontario. All persons active in the onsite
activities should be properly trained in and aware of the appropriate
safety responsibilities pertinent to the tasks they are performing. All
equipment should be inspected and in proper working condition. It is
advised that all persons involved in the move-in process wear proper protective footwear. In areas
designated as construction zones, and where overhead work is being
done, hardhats and proper protective footwear are mandatory per
the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Insurance - Mandatory Requirements
Per your Exhibitor’s Contract For Exhibit Space, each exhibitor must
have an insurance policy with a minimum of $5,000,000.00 commercial
general liability naming MMPC Expositions
ULC as additional insured. The exhibitor is also responsible for ensuring adequate insurance for their own personnel, exhibits and materials against all hazards from Move-in to Move-out. Please refer to
Appendix A: Policies and Standards Governing Exposition for more
information .
